How to read a pick
Every pick follows the same format: Spread (-3.5) means the team must win by 4 or more; a plus number (+6.5) means the team can lose by up to 6 and the bet still wins. Total (over/under 47.5) is a bet on the combined score going over or under the posted number. Moneyline (+130) is a straight bet on who wins; plus odds pay more than you stake, minus odds (-150) mean you stake more to win less. Odds (-110) is the standard price — risk $110 to win $100. Units show how strongly the capper rates the play; one unit is a standard bet size — see the bankroll guide. Sample lesson text for the demo.
Guides explain how betting works and how to manage money. Nothing here promises a win. You must be 21 or older, and you should bet only what you can afford to lose.
